Free Arborist Consultation

Ours is a free phone call with an AQF Level 5 consulting arborist. You tell us about the tree, the problem or what council has asked for, and we advise on the best course of action: whether you need a report, a site visit or nothing at all, and whether we are the right people to help.

The phone consultation is free. Site visits are never free: if your tree needs looking at, you get a fixed quote first, and that quote is what you pay. Arborist reports start at $660 and tree health assessments at $220. See the full price list.

Usually five to ten minutes on the phone. If you need a site visit or a report, we give you a fixed price and a realistic timeframe at the end of the call.

We ask where the tree is, what it is doing, when the problem started and whether council has been involved. Then we tell you your options. If the job needs us, you get a fixed quote; if it doesn’t, we say so.

A consultation is advice over the phone. Council applications, development approvals, insurance claims and disputes need a written report, which a phone call cannot replace. If you are not sure which you need, start with the free call.

The property address, a photo of the tree (ideally full height), any letter or information request from council, and your deadline if you have one. You can attach photos when you send the form.
